Our poultry is fresh from local farmers.

We offer beef from local farmers and from New Zealand.

Our pork ribs are from Fraser Valley farmers.

We offer two types of lamb: Canadian and New Zealand/Australian. Our Canadian lamb is fresh and only available on the weekend.

Our whole goat comes fresh from Alberta. We also carry frozen goats available in 6-way cuts from Australia and New Zealand. 

Salmon is from local fisheries and is farmed sustainability. Our salmon is Ocean Wise certified.

We import Basa from Vietnam. It is a farmed item. We carry fillets that are trimmed, boneless, skinless and between 10-14oz in size. 

We import our cod from China. It is an Atlantic species. Boneless, and skinless, available in 8oz sizing. 

Our shrimp is imported from both China and India.
