Canadian Grown

From Sungold Farms in Alberta, this fresh lamb will taste like no other. Comes in whole or parts, can be custom cut for all your needs. Only available on the weekends. 

Salmon

(8oz Cod, 14-16oz Basa, 21-25 count per lb Shrimp, Salmon)

  • 8oz and 10cm in length. Pacific Cod twice frozen to keep its natural flavours preserved. Available in retail packs or marinations. Beer battered and fries available on certain days.
  • Farmed Vietnamese Basa. 14-16oz in size. Well trimmed, white fillet, boneless and skinless.  Available in retail packs or marinated in tandoori and garlic & rosemary.
  • Farmed White Shrimp from India, we use 21 – 25 count per lb size. Peeled and deveined, tail on. Available in retail packs or marinated. Raw frozen, individual quick frozen.
  • Atlantic or Sockeye Salmon. Available in 1-2 lbs fillets, skin-on and bones removed.
